Job Summary

We are looking for a Store Executive to manage day-to-day store and inventory activities in an assembly/manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate should be organized, responsible, able to work under pressure, and capable of coordinating with production, purchase, quality, and dispatch teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage inward and outward movement of raw materials, components, consumables, and finished goods.
- Receive materials and verify quantity, specifications, and supporting documents.
- Maintain accurate stock records and ensure proper material identification and storage.
- Issue materials to the assembly/production department as per requirements.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate for timely replenishment of materials.
- Prepare and maintain GRN, material issue slips, stock reports, and other store documents.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
- Ensure proper housekeeping, material stacking,



and FIFO/5S practices.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality, and Dispatch teams for smooth material flow.
- Handle urgent material requirements and work effectively under pressure.
- Ensure minimum stock and avoid production stoppages due to material shortages.
- Maintain ERP/system records and prepare daily/weekly inventory reports.
- Follow company safety, quality, and inventory control procedures.

Requirements

- Graduate/Diploma in any relevant discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in Stores/Inventory in an assembly or manufacturing industry.
- Good knowledge of inventory management and material handling.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/SAP/Tally or other inventory software.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and good record-keeping skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
