Job Overview

To ensure efficient manufacturing operations and quality compliance, across co-packer facilities in the West region for Clear Premium Water. The role will be responsible for driving production efficiency, plant utilization, inventory management, quality assurance, and customer complaint resolution while ensuring adherence to company and statutory standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Co-packer Operations Management

- Manage day-to-day operations of assigned co-packer facilities across the West Zone.
- Ensure alignment of co-packers with company manufacturing, quality, and operational standards.
- Monitor plant performance and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Establish strong relationships with co-packer management for seamless business operations.

2. Production Planning & Manufacturing Excellence

- Ensure achievement of production targets as per demand and supply plans.
- Monitor plant capacity utilization and drive optimization initiatives.
- Improve production efficiency, OEE, line productivity, and reduction of operational losses.
- Track and analyze key manufacturing KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

3. Line Efficiency & Plant Utilization

- Drive initiatives to maximize line efficiency and plant utilization.
- Monitor downtime, productivity losses, and operational bottlenecks.
- Implement best manufacturing practices and continuous improvement programs.
- Ensure availability of resources for uninterrupted production.

4. Raw Material & Packaging Material Inventory Management

- Manage RM/PM inventory to ensure optimal stock levels.
- Minimize inventory losses, wastage, and stock-outs.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and compliance at co-packer locations.
- Coordinate with procurement and supply chain teams for material planning and replenishment.

5. Quality Assurance & Compliance

- Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and statutory requirements.
- Maintain adherence to FSSAI, GMP, HACCP, Food Safety,



and company quality protocols.
- Conduct regular quality audits and compliance reviews across co-packer sites.
- Ensure implementation and closure of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

6. Quality Complaint Management

- Lead investigation and resolution of consumer and market quality complaints.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with quality, sales, and customer service teams for timely complaint closure.
- Track complaint trends and implement preventive measures.

7. Regulatory & Food Safety Compliance

- Ensure all manufacturing facilities comply with applicable regulatory requirements.
- Support internal and external audits, certifications, and inspections.
- Maintain documentation and records in line with quality management systems.
- Drive food safety culture across all manufacturing locations.

8. Stakeholder Management

- Collaborate with Supply Chain, Procurement, Quality, Sales, and Planning teams.
- Provide regular performance updates and operational reviews to management.
- Drive capability building and training programs at co-packer facilities.

Qualifications & Certifications

- B.Tech / B.E / M.Sc. in Food Technology or related discipline
- Additional certifications in HACCP, ISO 22000, Lead Auditor will be an added advantage

Experience & Industry Exposure

- Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience in Quality and Manufacturing
- Mandatory experience in Beverage industry, preferably CSD and Packaged Drinking Water
- Hands-on exposure to co-packing operations and multi-plant quality management

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
