Role: Earner / Business Development Associate

We are looking for motivated individuals who can identify potential customers/businesses, generate leads, and convert them through their network, outreach, and communication skills.

What you’ll do:

- Identify and approach potential customers/businesses.
- Generate leads through personal networks, online outreach, and other relevant channels.
- Communicate the value of GenAxle’s offerings to potential customers.
- Follow up with interested leads and work towards successful conversions.
- Maintain basic records of leads and sales generated.

Compensation:

- This is a performance-based earning opportunity.
- You earn when your efforts result in a successful sale/conversion.




- Earnings are linked directly to your performance, with potential to earn more by generating more successful sales.
- There is no fixed salary for this role.
