Key Responsibilities

- Operate CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) for dimensional inspection of casting and machined components.
- Perform accurate measurement of components as per engineering drawings, specifications, and customer requirements.
- Create, modify, and execute CMM inspection programs.
- Perform inspection using PC-DMIS, Calypso, or MCOSMOS software.
- Understand and interpret GD&T;, engineering drawings, tolerances, and datum systems.
- Conduct first-piece, in-process, and final inspection.
- Measure critical dimensions, geometric tolerances, profiles, positions, concentricity, flatness, and perpendicularity.
- Prepare detailed CMM inspection reports and maintain quality records.
- Identify dimensional deviations and communicate quality issues to the Production and Quality teams.
- Support root-cause analysis and corrective actions for dimensional defects.
- Maintain proper calibration and condition of CMM equipment and measuring accessories.
- Coordinate with QC, Production, Design, and Machining teams to resolve measurement-related issues.




- Ensure inspection activities are completed within the required time and quality standards.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience with CMM operation and programming.
- Good knowledge of PC-DMIS / Calypso / MCOSMOS.
- Solid understanding of GD&T; and mechanical drawings.
- Knowledge of casting and machining processes.
- Familiarity with precision measuring instruments such as Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Bore Gauge, etc.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Candidate

- Candidates with experience in casting, foundry, CNC machining, VMC, HMC, or engineering components will be preferred.
- Experience in customer inspection requirements and CMM report preparation will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
