About the Role

We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter with 5–6 years of experience in US staffing and recruitment. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in sourcing, screening, submitting, and closing IT candidates for US clients and should be comfortable working in US shifts.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end US IT recruitment process from requirement understanding to candidate joining.
- Source qualified IT professionals through Dice, LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder, ZipRecruiter and other sourcing platforms.
- Understand technical requirements and identify suitable candidates based on skills, experience and project requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and assess technical background, communication skills, availability and work authorization.
- Work with technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, React, Angular, DevOps, AWS, Azure, Data Engineering, QA, SAP, Salesforce and other IT skills.
- Screen candidates for relevant experience, location, availability and compensation expectations.
- Handle H1B, H1B Transfer, Green Card, EAD, OPT, CPT and US Citizen candidates.
- Coordinate candidate submissions, interviews, feedback and follow-ups with clients/vendors.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiate compensation/rates and manage candidate expectations.
- Follow up with candidates through the offer and joining process to ensure successful closures.
- Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment information in the ATS/CRM.
- Meet individual and team recruitment targets for submissions, interviews, offers and closures.




- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Develop strong relationships with candidates, vendors and clients.

Required Skills

- 5–6 years of hands-on US IT Recruitment experience.
- Strong knowledge of the US IT staffing/recruitment process.
- Excellent sourcing skills using Dice, LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of IT technologies and technical terminology.
- Knowledge of US work authorization categories such as H1B, H1B Transfer, GC, EAD, OPT, CPT and USC.
- Experience with candidate screening, submission, interview coordination and offer management.
- Good understanding of W2, C2C and contract hiring.
- Strong communication, negotiation and candidate-management skills.
- Experience working with ATS/CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently in a target-driven workplace.
- Comfortable working in US/night shifts.

Preferred Skills

- Experience working with direct clients, implementation partners or staffing vendors.
- Experience handling multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge of IT staffing terminology.
- Proven track record of meeting recruitment targets.
- Experience with bulk hiring and niche technology hiring.
- Existing candidate/vendor network is an advantage.
