Metablock Technologies is looking for a motivated HR Intern to support our HR team in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and day-to-day HR operations. The role offers hands-on experience in core HR functions, policy support, and people management practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing, screening & scheduling candidates
- Support onboarding & documentation processes
- Maintain employee records & HR databases
- Coordinate employee engagement activities
- Prepare reports & assist in HR operations
Key Skills:
- Solid communication & interpersonal skills
- Organizational & multitasking ability
- Basic knowledge of HR practices
- Proficiency in MS Office tools
