About the Role
We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our team. You'll be responsible for turning raw footage into polished, engaging videos — from short-form Reels and social content to longer promotional or brand videos. If you have a strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and current content trends, we'd love to see your work.

Responsibilities

- Edit raw video footage into final, publish-ready content for social media, YouTube, ads, and other platforms
- Add graphics, transitions, text overlays, subtitles, and sound design to enhance storytelling
- Collaborate with the content/marketing team to understand the vision for each video
- Stay current with trending formats, effects, and editing styles (especially for Reels/Shorts)
- Organize and manage raw footage, project files, and version history




- Deliver videos within tight timelines while maintaining quality
- Suggest creative ideas for improving video content and engagement

Requirements

- Proven experience editing videos (portfolio/reel required)
- Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut
- Robust understanding of pacing, transitions, color correction, and audio syncing
- Familiarity with short-form content trends (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts)
- Basic motion graphics/animation skills are a plus
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects/deadlines
- Good communication and willingness to take feedback

Pay: ₹10,283.51 - ₹33,817.34 per month
