Job Requirement -

Order Management

▪ End-to-end order management — from punching orders into SAP to daily status tracking, ensuring no orders remain pending at day end.

▪ Coordinate loading of stocks in alignment with Sales Managers, PPC, and Logistics teams.

▪ Follow up with the Sales Team, Brokers, and Distributors on open orders to ensure no order remains open beyond the company's 7-day SLA.

Broker & Distributor Coordination

▪ Act as the primary point of coordination with brokers and distributors for order and dispatch related matters.

Logistics Coordination

▪ Share the daily loading plan with the Logistics team.

▪ Work closely with Logistics to ensure on-time delivery and maintain the company's service level agreement (SLA).

Pricing & Sales Tracking

▪ Share daily pricing updates with the sales team and brokers, and communicate promptly whenever pricing changes.

▪ Track sales performance on an ongoing basis against pricing and targets.

Production & Sales Planning

▪ Support production planning and sales planning in coordination with relevant stakeholders.

Reporting & MIS

▪ Prepare and circulate Daily, Weekly, and Monthly reports.

– Daily report must flash order frequency along with corresponding order values.

▪ Prepare daily/weekly Sales MIS and guide the sales team on areas of improvement.

Cross-Functional Coordination

▪ Liaise with other departments as required to ensure smooth order fulfilment and issue resolution.

Outstanding & Collections Follow-up

▪ Monitor customer outstanding balances and follow up directly with customers and/or the sales team for timely collections.

Candidate Requirements

▪ 2–4 years of relevant experience in sales coordination, order management, or a similar role.

▪ Working knowledge of SAP (order punching and status tracking) is required.

▪ Solid coordination and follow-up skills to work effectively with sales, PPC, logistics, brokers, and distributors.

▪ Good command over MS Excel for daily/weekly/monthly reporting and MIS preparation.

▪ Strong communication skills to guide the sales team and follow up with customers on outstanding payments.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure zero order backlog at day end.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
