Job Purpose

The Dispatch Supervisor will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising the dispatch of finished goods from the factory. The person will ensure that all orders are dispatched accurately, on time, and with proper documentation while maintaining inventory and coordination with the production, warehouse, sales, and logistics teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and supervise daily dispatch activities as per sales orders and delivery schedules.
- Ensure correct products, quantities, sizes, and variants are loaded and dispatched.
- Verify finished goods before dispatch to avoid shortages, damages, or incorrect dispatches.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team for proper arrangement and availability of finished goods.
- Prepare and maintain dispatch-related documents such as invoices, delivery challans, e-way bills, transport documents, and dispatch records.
- Coordinate with transporters and drivers for timely vehicle placement and dispatch.
- Monitor vehicle loading and ensure proper handling and stacking of diaper cartons to avoid damage.
- Maintain daily dispatch reports, pending order reports, and transporter details.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Accounts departments regarding order quantities and dispatch status.
- Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices wherever applicable.
- Monitor dispatch discrepancies, shortages, damages,



and returns and report them to management.
- Maintain cleanliness, discipline, and safety in the dispatch and finished goods area.
- Supervise dispatch helpers and warehouse staff.
- Help improve dispatch processes and reduce loading errors and delays.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate or equivalent preferred.
- Experience in dispatch, warehouse, logistics, or FMCG/manufacturing operations preferred.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage manpower and daily dispatch operations.
- Knowledge of inventory and stock handling will be an advantage.
- Responsible, organized, and able to work under pressure.

- Kadi, Gujarat (Kadi): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
