About the Role

We are hiring energetic and target-driven Telecallers / Academic Counsellors to join our team in Kottayam. You will interact directly with students and parents, guide them on our educational courses, and convert potential leads into successful admissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with prospective students and parents via phone calls to explain educational courses and offerings.
- Understand student requirements and guide them toward the right academic programs.
- Follow up regularly with potential leads to ensure timely admissions.
- Maintain complete call logs, student details, and follow-up status in our CRM/Excel systems.
- Meet and exceed daily call targets and monthly student enrolment quotas.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: Both Freshers and Experienced candidates are welcome to apply! (Prior experience in EdTech, education counseling, or telesales is a solid advantage).




- Education: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or Graduation in any stream.
- Language Skills: Fluent in Malayalam (Mandatory) with basic/functional English.
- Strong convincing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented mindset with a positive, student-centric attitude.
