Experience

- Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a General & Laparoscopic Surgeon preferred.
- Experience in independent management of general surgical and laparoscopic cases.
- Experience in emergency surgical care and postoperative management.

Key Responsibilities

- Diagnose and manage patients requiring general and laparoscopic surgical procedures.
- Perform elective and emergency surgical procedures as per clinical competence.
- Conduct laparoscopic procedures such as laparoscopic cholecystectomy, appendectomy, hernia repair and other appropriate procedures.
- Conduct pre-operative assessment and obtain informed consent.
- Provide post-operative care and monitor patient recovery.
- Manage surgical emergencies and coordinate timely interventions.
- Participate in OPD consultations, inpatient rounds and follow-up care.
- Coordinate with anaesthetists, physicians, radiologists and other specialists.




- Maintain accurate medical records, operative notes and discharge summaries.
- Follow hospital protocols, infection-control practices and patient-safety standards.
- Participate in clinical meetings, audits, training and quality-improvement activities.
- Comply with NABH standards, hospital policies and skilled ethics.
