Position Overview

We are looking for a tech-savvy AI Video Editor & Content Creator to lead video production for our real estate marketing and advertising campaigns. In this role, you will leverage cutting-edge AI video generation tools alongside traditional editing workflows to create high-converting property ads, listing showcases, and social media content—even with minimal raw footage.

Key Responsibilities

- AI Video Generation & Prompting: Utilize AI video tools (e.g., Runway, Sora, Luma, Pika, Midjourney) to generate photorealistic property visuals, ambient drone angles, lifestyle scenes, and spatial animations.
- Hybrid Video Editing: Seamlessly blend limited raw site footage and architectural photos with AI-generated assets, stock media, and 3D mockups.
- Ad & Campaign Creation:



Produce high-converting short-form video ads for Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, YouTube, and digital ad networks.
- Post-Production & Polish: Apply motion graphics, kinetic typography, voiceover alignment (AI or real), background scoring, color balancing, and branding overlays.
- Multi-Format Adaptation: Resize and optimize master edits into multiple aspect ratios (16:9, 9:16, 1:1) tailored for specific social and ad platform specs.
- AI Tool Scouting: Stay updated on emerging generative AI tools, workflows, and plugins to continuously improve video speed, efficiency, and quality.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
