Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Interior Designer to lead residential interior projects from concept to execution. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling client interactions, developing innovative design solutions, managing project timelines, coordinating with junior designers, and ensuring smooth execution while maintaining the highest standards of design quality.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead interior design projects from concept development to final execution.
- Conduct client meetings to understand requirements, lifestyle, budget, and design preferences.
- Prepare and present 2D layouts, space planning, elevations, working drawings, and 3D concepts.
- Develop design concepts, mood boards, material palettes, and furniture selections.
- Coordinate with junior designers for drafting, 3D modelling, revisions, and documentation.
- Prepare detailed execution drawings and ensure they are site-ready.
- Coordinate with the execution team, vendors, and site supervisors for seamless implementation.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor design execution and resolve site-related challenges.




- Ensure projects are completed within defined timelines and quality standards.
- Maintain clear communication with clients by providing regular project updates and addressing queries promptly.
- Review designs, drawings, and material specifications before client presentations and execution.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, materials, products, and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in residential interior design and project execution.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (2D) is mandatory.
- Good working knowledge of SketchUp, Enscape/V-Ray, Photoshop, and other relevant design software.
- Strong understanding of materials, modular furniture, lighting, finishes, and space planning.
- Ability to prepare detailed working drawings and execution documentation.
- Excellent client handling, presentation, and communication skills.
- Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
