About the Role:

Nirmal Online is an e-commerce fashion brand looking for a creative and responsible candidate who can handle fashion photography, videography, editing and social media posting.

The candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content for our website, Instagram, Facebook and other digital platforms. This is a full-time, in-office position.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct in-house clothing product and model shoots

Shoot product photographs, lifestyle content and short-form videos

Direct models during fashion shoots, including poses and framing

Edit and retouch product and model photographs

Create and edit Instagram Reels, Stories and promotional videos

Design basic social media creatives and Reel covers

Write basic captions and upload content on Instagram and Facebook

Plan and maintain a regular social media posting schedule

Suggest trending Reel ideas, audio and fashion-content concepts

Maintain proper folders and records of photographs and videos





Ensure that the actual colour and details of garments remain accurate after editing

Coordinate with the team for new product launches, offers and campaigns

Required Skills:

Fashion, model or product photography

Camera operation, lighting, framing and composition

Photo editing using Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom

Video editing using Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut or similar software

Basic knowledge of Canva or other graphic-design tools

Understanding of Instagram Reels, Stories, Facebook and current social-media trends

Creativity, punctuality and ability to meet deadlines

Basic written English and Hindi communication

Preferred Candidate:

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferred

Experience with a fashion, clothing or e-commerce brand will be an advantage

Must be comfortable working with models

Must be available for a full time, six-day in-office position

Candidates living near Gandhi Nagar or East/North-East Delhi will be preferred
