- Lead Generation & Conversion: Contact prospective students or corporate clients via phone, email, and walk-ins to explain institute courses.
- Counseling & Presentations: Conduct detailed program briefings, career counseling sessions, and campus or virtual tours.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain daily records of prospective leads, follow-ups, and conversion statuses in the institute's CRM system.
- Institutional Partnerships: Identify and build tie-ups with schools, colleges, or corporate HR teams for batch placements or joint programs.
- Marketing Support: Represent the institute at education fairs, career seminars, and promotional outreach events.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
