Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Generate current business opportunities through field visits, networking, referrals, exhibitions, and digital inquiries.
- Identify and develop key accounts across manufacturing, FMCG, pharmaceutical, packaging, food processing, and industrial sectors.
- Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals to clients.
- Conduct negotiations and successfully close deals.

Team Management

- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve business objectives.
- Monitor team performance through KPIs, sales reports, and CRM systems.
- Conduct regular sales meetings, reviews, and training sessions.
- Support team members during customer meetings and negotiations.

Customer Relationship Management

- Develop long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Handle customer escalations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with service and operations teams for smooth project execution.

Sales Planning & Reporting

- Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports,



and market intelligence reports.
- Track competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Maintain CRM hygiene and ensure timely updates of customer interactions.
- Provide regular updates to management regarding sales performance and business opportunities.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- MBA (Sales & Marketing) preferred.

Experience

- 5 to 10 years of experience in B2B sales.
- Minimum 2 years of team handling experience.
- Experience in Industrial Machinery, Packaging Machinery, Automation, Printing, Coding & Marking, or Manufacturing Industry preferred

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
