About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager from the Corporate Interior Fit-Out industry to manage end-to-end execution of commercial interior projects. The ideal candidate should have excellent documentation skills, project coordination experience, and the ability to ensure timely project delivery while maintaining quality, budget, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end execution of corporate interior fit-out projects.

Prepare and maintain complete project documentation including:

BOQ

Project schedules

MOM (Minutes of Meeting)

Daily, Weekly & Monthly Progress Reports

Material tracking reports

Client documentation

Site documentation

Handover documents

Variation orders and change requests

Coordinate with Clients, Architects, Consultants, Vendors, Contractors, Procurement, and Internal Teams.

Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

Ensure smooth coordination between Head Office and Project Sites.

Track material procurement and delivery schedules.

Conduct site meetings and prepare detailed MOMs.

Monitor project quality, safety, and compliance with company standards.

Handle billing coordination, project closures, snag rectification, and handover documentation.

Identify project risks and take corrective actions to avoid delays.





Ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills

Strong documentation and reporting skills.

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and MS Project.

Experience in project planning and scheduling.

Ability to prepare professional reports and presentations.

Valuable communication and client handling skills.

Strong coordination and multitasking abilities.

Knowledge of AutoCAD drawings is an added advantage.

Ability to work under deadlines.

Candidates must have experience in Corporate Interior Fit-Out Projects, such as:

Corporate Offices

IT Parks

Commercial Spaces

Banking Interiors

Retail Fit-Out Projects

Design & Build Interior Companies

Experience

5–10 Years in Corporate Interior Projects.

Minimum 3 years as Project Manager or Senior Project Engineer.

Educational Qualification

B.E./B.Tech Civil

Diploma in Civil Engineering

B.Arch (Preferred)

PMP Certification will be an added advantage.
