Marketing Coordinator – Branding, Digital Marketing & API Integration

Experience: 2–5 Years
Industry: Real Estate Preferred

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with branding, creative, digital marketing, PR, event, and production agencies to ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives.

- Act as the single point of contact between internal stakeholders and external marketing vendors.

- Manage API integrations between CRM, lead portals, Meta, Google Ads, WhatsApp, websites, and other marketing technology platforms.

- Monitor lead flow, campaign tracking, data accuracy, and CRM integration performance.

- Coordinate website updates, landing pages, microsites, and digital assets.

- Support marketing automation, lead nurturing, and customer communication workflows.

- Track project timelines, agency deliverables, budgets, and vendor payments.

- Prepare marketing MIS reports, campaign performance dashboards, and management presentations.

- Coordinate branding activities including site branding, brochures, creatives, events, exhibitions, and project launches.

- Work closely with Sales,



CRM, Digital Marketing, Design, and Technology teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns.

Requirements:

- Experience in coordinating with multiple marketing agencies and vendors.

- Understanding of branding, digital marketing, lead generation, and campaign execution.

- Hands-on exposure to CRM systems, lead management platforms, and API integrations.

- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and marketing dashboards.

- Solid project coordination and stakeholder management skills.

- Advanced Excel, reporting, and presentation skills.

- Excellent communication, follow-up, and execution capabilities.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Preferred Profile:

- Experience in Real Estate.

- Exposure to marketing automation tools, WhatsApp integrations, and CRM platforms.

- Strong vendor management and agency coordination experience.
