Job Description

We are looking for passionate and skilled English Trainers to join our team at ITESKUL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting engaging, interactive and practical English language sessions that help students improve their communication skills, grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation and overall confidence. The trainer will create a positive learning environment and enable students to communicate effectively in academic, professional and everyday situations.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct English language training sessions for students of different proficiency levels.
- Teach grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, speaking, listening, reading and writing skills.
- Prepare structured lesson plans, activities, assignments and learning materials.
- Conduct interactive sessions focused on improving spoken English and communication skills.
- Assess students regularly through assignments, activities and assessments and provide constructive feedback.
- Monitor students progress and maintain attendance and performance records.
- Encourage active participation and build learners confidence through practical exercises and discussions.




- Collaborate with the academic team to improve teaching methodologies and course content.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- A Bachelor's degree, diploma or any relevant qualification in English, Linguistics, Literature, Education or a related field is preferred.
- Certifications such as TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, Business English (BES), IELTS/TOEFL or equivalent qualifications are an added advantage.
- Solid communication, presentation and classroom management skills.
- Passion for teaching and helping students develop strong English communication skills.
- Ability to simplify grammar concepts and explain language rules effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a student-centric approach.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in teaching Spoken English, Business English, English Communication or Soft Skills.
- Experience with online teaching platforms and digital learning tools.
- Ability to conduct engaging, interactive and activity-based online sessions.
- Strong understanding of modern teaching methodologies and learner engagement techniques.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kalyani Nagar, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
