Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales Executive to generate, engage, and convert leads through online platforms, calls, SMS, and email. The ideal candidate should be confident in outbound sales, skilled at building relationships with parents, and highly focused on follow-ups and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new leads through Nextdoor and other online platforms.
- Reach out to prospects through calls, SMS, and email.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable tutoring programs.
- Follow up consistently with prospects throughout the sales cycle.
- Convert qualified leads into paid customers.
- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in the CRM.
- Coordinate with operations and customer support teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in International Sales, Lead Generation,



Inside Sales, or EdTech Sales.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, follow-up, and closing skills.
- Comfortable with outbound calls, SMS, and email communication.
- Proven ability to work with sales targets and generate conversions.
- Customer-facing or international sales experience is preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
