Role : Performance Marketing Executive

Experience : 2 - 3 Years of experienced candidates can apply

Working Hours : 9.00 AM - 6.00 PM

Salary : 25,000 - 35,000

Location : Perumbakkam, Tamil Nadu

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and optimize Meta & Google Ads campaigns.

Generate leads through Meta, Google, Website, Landing Pages, WhatsApp, Referrals, Channel Partners, and other platforms.

Optimize campaigns for CPL, lead quality, conversion rate, and ROI.

Test and improve audiences, creatives, ad copies, offers, and landing pages.

Track leads from enquiry → qualified lead → site visit → conversion.

Work with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversions.

Manage CRM lead tracking and campaign performance reports.

Explore new digital and offline channels for lead generation.





Support builder, channel partner, referral, and site-visit lead generation when required.

Requirements:

Robust experience in Meta Ads & Google Ads.

Proven lead-generation and campaign optimization skills.

Good understanding of CPL, CPC, CTR, CPA, Conversion Rate & ROI/ROAS.

Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Target-driven and willing to travel for business development activities.
