Role Overview

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for an International Chat Process – E-commerce Seller Support. The ideal candidate should have experience handling international customers/sellers through voice and chat support, with prior Seller Support experience being mandatory.

Eligibility

- Minimum 1 year of experience in an International Voice & Chat Process
- Seller Support experience is mandatory from any industry/domain
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Robust customer service and problem-solving abilities




- Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills
- Open to both Undergraduates & Graduates

Key Responsibilities

- Handle seller queries through international chat support
- Resolve seller-related issues accurately and efficiently
- Provide professional and timely customer service
- Identify issues and provide appropriate resolutions
- Maintain quality and productivity standards
- Follow process guidelines and escalation procedures
