- 1. Own and drive the end-to-end sales strategy and execution for EdTech solutions across assigned territories.

- 2. Acquire and scale institutional partnerships by engaging key decision-makers in schools, colleges, and coaching centers.

- 3. Lead high-impact product presentations, negotiate deals, and consistently exceed revenue targets and KPIs.

- 4. Develop strategic client relationships to maximize retention, renewals, and revenue growth through upselling/cross-selling.

- 5. Leverage CRM insights and market intelligence to optimize pipeline, forecasting, and overall sales performance.

- Hands-on experience with CRM tools and sales reporting

- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

- Preferred: Experience in SaaS or subscription-based sales and handling school/college decision-makers

- 1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing,



or a related field, with 5+ years of experience in EdTech, Education, Software Services, or SaaS sales

- 2. Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets

- 3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

- 4. Proven experience in key account management and handling institutional sales cycles, preferably with schools and colleges

- 5. Proficiency in CRM tools, sales reporting, and data-driven decision-making

- 6. Strong leadership mindset with experience mentoring teams, along with willingness to travel for field sales and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
