Job Description

Job Role – Civil Execution Front Line Supervisor (FLS)

- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day civil construction activities for high-rise residential projects, ensuring planned works are completed safely and as per schedule.

- Guide and monitor workmen/subcontractors for activities including masonry, plastering, screeding, waterproofing, tiling, flooring and other civil/finishing works.

- Ensure execution is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, method statements, quality standards and project requirements.

- Monitor manpower deployment, productivity and activity-wise targets to achieve planned progress and floor/tower cycle requirements.





- Coordinate with formwork, reinforcement, MEP and finishing teams to ensure proper sequencing of activities and avoid clashes, delays and rework.

- Check line, level, alignment, dimensions and workmanship during execution and ensure timely rectification of quality observations.

- Ensure proper availability and utilization of materials, tools and equipment required for assigned activities.

- Assist in daily planning, progress tracking, quantity measurements, inspections and reporting of completed works.

- Identify site constraints and execution issues and coordinate with the concerned engineer for timely resolution.

- Ensure strict adherence to EHS requirements, housekeeping and secure working practices by all workmen under supervision.
