AI Education & Product Internship

Role Overview

We are looking for an analytical and impact-driven AI Education & Product Intern to work directly alongside our Product Manager. In this role, you will bridge the gap between technology and grassroots education—researching cutting-edge AI and coding tools, co-designing practical curricula, and measuring real-world classroom impact across rural government schools.

Key Responsibilities

- Curriculum & Product Research: Collaborate with the Product Manager to research emerging AI tools, coding concepts, and digital learning trends to design engaging, student-friendly curricula.
- Data & Impact Analytics: Gather and analyze qualitative and quantitative field data to evaluate program efficacy, track student progress, and refine our learning models.
- Capacity Building & Workshops: Help organize and facilitate teacher-engagement sessions to ensure seamless, sustainable adoption of digital tools in the classroom.
- Field-Level Monitoring: Visit rural school clusters to test learning modules,



gather direct user feedback, and assess classroom implementation.

What We Look For

- Education: Master’s degree (completed or currently pursuing) in Computer Science, Education, Engineering, Development Studies, Social Sciences, Management, or related fields.
- Technical & Analytical Aptitude: Tech-savvy with solid research capabilities, structured data documentation, and clear communication skills.
- Core Passion: Deep interest in educational equity, rural development, and leveraging tech for social innovation.
- Field Readiness: Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable traveling to rural school sites for field testing and research.

Position Details

- Location: Bengaluru / Bengaluru Rural (In-Person & Field Visits)
- Engagement: Internship (with mentorship from product and education leaders)

Pay: ₹3,000.00 - ₹3,500.00 per month
