We are looking for a Social Media & Digital Marketing Intern who is creative, organised and interested in both content and marketing.

The role will involve planning and managing social media content, coordinating content production, supporting campaigns and analysing basic performance.

We are looking for someone who can take ownership rather than simply follow a daily posting list.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and manage social media content calendars.
- Research content ideas, trends and relevant topics.
- Write captions, social media copy and promotional content.
- Coordinate with the graphic design and video teams.
- Schedule and publish content across social media platforms.
- Assist with digital marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Support lead-generation and promotional activities.
- Monitor social media engagement and basic performance metrics.
- Track content and campaign performance.
- Suggest ideas to improve reach, engagement and audience growth.
- Coordinate timelines and ensure content is delivered and published on schedule.

Requirements

- Positive understanding of Instagram and other major social media platforms.




- Strong communication and copywriting skills.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing.
- Understanding of social media analytics and content performance.
- Creative thinking and ability to generate relevant content ideas.
- Good organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.
- Knowledge of Meta Business Suite / Meta Ads Manager is an advantage.
- Previous experience managing a social media account or a portfolio is preferred.
- Must have their own laptop/system and reliable internet connection.
