We are seeking an experienced Bid Specialist with solid expertise in tender management, bid preparation, and IT solutions. The primary focus of this role will be managing end-to-end tender submissions across Government, PSU, and enterprise accounts, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant bids.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in tendering, procurement processes, pre-qualification, and bid documentation, along with the ability to coordinate with internal teams, Vendors, and clients. The candidate should be capable of managing multiple bids, preparing comprehensive technical and commercial proposals, and driving the bid process from tender identification through submission and post-bid activities.

This role also involves CRM management, stakeholder coordination, proposal development, and negotiations. The candidate must demonstrate strong attention to detail, project management skills, and the ability to work within tight deadlines while ensuring compliance with tender requirements.

Tender/Bid Management

Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end tender/bid submission process within defined timelines.
- Review tender requirements, eligibility criteria, and compliance requirements.

- Prepare and review technical and commercial proposals and required tender documentation.

- Manage CRM updates, client communication, follow-ups, and tender records.

- Support post-bid activities, negotiations, contract finalization, and client coordination.

Must Have

- Bachelor’s degree in business management, Commerce, IT, or a related field.

- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Bid/Tender Management, preferably in the IT industry.

- Hands-on experience in end-to-end tender submission and bid management

- Strong knowledge of Government/PSU tenders, procurement, compliance, and tender portals.

Skills

- Good working knowledge of Excel, Word, and other MS Office tools.

- Strong attention to detail in preparing and reviewing tender documents.
