Chartered Accountant – Real Estate Accounting

Important: Only qualified CAs should apply. Candidates currently pursuing CA certification are not eligible. This is a client-facing role, so fluent English communication is mandatory.

Role Overview

We are looking for a qualified CA with strong accounting, analytical, and communication skills to support US real estate clients in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage AP, AR, GL posting, and R2R accounting activities.
- Process invoices, payments, receipts, purchase orders, and vendor-related requests.
- Prepare and review monthly property financial statements.
- Perform bank reconciliations, journal entries, and financial analysis.
- Raise customer invoices and apply receipts through Yardi.
- Resolve accounting issues related to AP, AR, and GL.
- Monitor budgets, expenses, and utility payments.
- Support audits, reporting, research, and special accounting projects.
- Maintain vendor compliance and assist with vendor onboarding.
- Provide bookkeeping support using QuickBooks Online.
- Communicate directly with US clients, residents, vendors, and property managers.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Qualified CA mandatory; CMA/CPA/USCPA preferred.
- 1–7 years of relevant accounting experience.




- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GL, AP, AR, and R2R.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with Yardi/RealPage and QuickBooks Online is preferred.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication.
- Comfortable handling US client calls and working in US/PST time zones.
- Ability to work independently in a high-volume, fast-paced workplace.
