Role Overview

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for an International Voice & Chat (Blended) process supporting sellers on a leading global e-commerce platform.

The ideal candidate should have strong English communication skills, customer-service experience, and the ability to handle queries efficiently across voice and chat channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle seller and customer queries through voice and chat.
- Resolve queries related to orders, payments, deliveries, returns, and account support.
- Provide accurate, prompt, and professional resolutions.
- Maintain high standards of customer experience and service quality.
- Achieve assigned Quality, Productivity, and CSAT KPIs.
- Ensure a seamless support experience for sellers and customers.
- Follow process guidelines, policies, and compliance requirements.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum 1 year of experience in an International Voice & Chat (Blended) process.




- Excellent spoken and written English communication.
- Graduates and undergraduates can apply.
- Strong customer-service and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
- Candidates must be willing to work from the Pune office.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
