Glyptic is looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Telecaller to join our Sales / Business Development Team at our Kolkata office.

Position: Telecaller

Location: Kolkata Office (Near Fortis Hospital)-Tagore park

Employment Type: Full-Time

Department: Sales / Business Development

Qualification

* Graduate in any discipline

* Good communication and interpersonal skills

* Proficiency in Hindi and English is mandatory

* Basic computer knowledge

Key Responsibilities

* Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads

* Explain Glyptic’s products and services to potential customers

* Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the Sales Team

* Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication

* Maintain records of calls, leads, and follow-ups

* Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead-generation targets

* Handle customer queries professionally

Candidate Profile

* Excellent verbal communication skills





* Confident and presentable personality

* Positive attitude and willingness to learn

* Target-oriented and self-motivated
