General Manager – Tea Production, Blending & Exporting

Responsibilities

- Manage overall business operations including production, blending, procurement, quality, sales, exports, logistics, and administration.
- Plan and monitor tea production, processing, blending, packaging, and inventory.
- Ensure consistent quality, taste, aroma, and product specifications.
- Oversee tea sourcing and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, tea gardens, brokers, and auction houses.
- Develop and manage international export markets, distributors, buyers, and business partners.
- Identify new markets and opportunities to increase export sales and profitability.
- Monitor costs, budgets, margins, inventory, and overall financial performance.
- Lead and motivate teams across production, quality, procurement, sales, and export departments.





Candidate Profile

- Graduate/MBA in Business Management, Food Technology, Agriculture, or a related field preferred.
- 8–10+ years of relevant experience, preferably in the tea, FMCG, food processing, or commodity industry.
- Robust knowledge of tea production, blending, sourcing, quality, and export operations.
- Experience in international sales and business development will be an advantage.
- Commercially driven with a strong focus on growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: Upto - 10 Lac/Annum

Pay: Up to ₹1,000,000.00 per year
