About DNA Academy

DNA Academy of Health Care Studies is a leading healthcare education and training institute offering programs in Medical Coding, Nursing Coaching, International Licensing Exams, and other healthcare-related courses. We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Academic Counselors to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students and professionals regarding courses and career opportunities.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective students.
- Follow up with leads generated through digital and offline marketing campaigns.
- Guide students through the admission process.
- Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and admissions.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents.
- Achieve monthly admission and enrollment targets.
- Coordinate with the academic and marketing teams to ensure a smooth student experience.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English.




- Robust interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in Educational Counseling, Academic Counseling, Telecalling, Customer Service, Sales, or Admissions is an added advantage.
- Freshers with good communication and a passion for student counseling are encouraged to apply.
