- Handle day-to-day business activities and follow up on assigned tasks independently
- Coordinate with customers, dealers, contractors, suppliers and transporters
- Take customer orders and coordinate their timely processing and dispatch
- Follow up on pending orders, deliveries and payments
- Prepare quotations, sales orders and basic reports
- Maintain customer and sales records in Excel/ERP
- Coordinate with the accounts team regarding invoices and outstanding payments
- Handle WhatsApp and phone communication with customers
- Maintain daily sales, collection and pending-order reports
- Coordinate with the warehouse and transport team for dispatches
- Follow up with existing customers and identify potential new business
- Visit customers when required
- Provide regular updates to the owner/management
- Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and ensure tasks are completed without repeated follow-up

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
