Job Description

- Role: Chief Engineering Manager / Senior Structural Design Engineering Manager

- Location: L&T; Headquarters, Chennai (Manapakkam)

Responsibilities

- Lead structural design and analysis of high-rise and mega projects.

- Review and optimize complex RCC structural systems.

- Manage design deliverables using ETABS, SAFE, and STAAD.Pro.

- Coordinate with clients, external consultants, and multidisciplinary project teams.

- Ensure compliance with IS codes and relevant international standards.

- Mentor junior engineers and drive technical decision-making on complex structural issues.

## Requirements

- 16-20 years of core experience in the structural design of high-rise buildings.

- Advanced expertise in ETABS, SAFE, and STAAD.Pro.

- Solid command of IS codes and international design practices.

- Proven track record of handling large-scale mega projects and leading design teams.
