Job Title: Student Counsellor – Study Abroad

Job Responsibilities & Duties:

- Counsel and guide students regarding study abroad opportunities, courses, universities, and admission processes.
- Provide accurate information on study destinations including UK, Canada, Australia, and other countries.
- Understand students’ academic backgrounds, career goals, and preferences to recommend suitable courses and institutions.
- Handle student enquiries, leads, follow-ups, and convert prospects into applications.
- Achieve monthly and assigned sales targets set by management.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students and ensure timely conversion.
- Assist students throughout the counselling and admission process.
- Maintain proper records of student interactions, applications, and follow-ups.




- Coordinate with the processing and documentation teams for smooth application progression.
- Stay updated on university requirements, intakes, courses, and study abroad opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with students and parents through professional and effective communication.
