Job Description-Sales (Technical Training Simulators)

1. Brief About the Position / Responsibilities

· Promote and sell Technical Training Simulators to technical institutions.

· Generate leads, conduct customer meetings and product demonstrations.

· Prepare proposals, quotations, and participate in tenders/GeM procurement.

· Build strong customer relationships and achieve sales targets.

2. Job Purpose

To drive business growth by promoting and selling industry-grade (Technical Training Simulators) to Government and Private Technical Institutions across Mumbai and Maharashtra. The role involves identifying opportunities, building institutional relationships, conducting product demonstrations, preparing proposals, and achieving sales targets.

3. Work Location & Language Spoken

- Location: Mumbai.
- Language: English, Hindi..

4. Qualification & Experience

- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related Engineering branch.
- 3–6 years in sales of Laboratory Equipment, Technical Training Equipment,



or Educational Equipment to Government and Private Technical Institutions (ITI, Polytechnic, Engineering Colleges, Skill Development Institutes, etc.).

5. Skill Set

- Technical skills.
- Communication skills.
- Team management/coordination skills.
- Problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- MS Office.

6. Reporting To

GM Manager.

7. Grade & Salary

- Grade: As per company structure.
- Salary: ₹3-₹4lakh CTC.
- Mention incentives or performance-linked pay.

- Quality and timely completion of assigned work.
- Productivity and performance.
- Documentation and MIS/reporting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
