Job Summary

Step Up School is seeking a passionate and dedicated Primary Hindi Teacher (PRT) to teach students from Classes I to IV. The ideal candidate should have excellent subject knowledge, effective classroom management skills, and a child-friendly teaching approach.

Key Responsibilities

- Teach Hindi to Primary classes (I–IV) as per the CBSE curriculum.

- Prepare engaging lesson plans and classroom activities.

- Develop students' reading, writing, grammar, and communication skills.

- Assess student performance through assignments, classwork, and examinations.

- Maintain a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment.

- Use creative and activity-based teaching methods.

- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress.

- Participate in school events, meetings,



and professional development programs.

Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor's Degree with Hindi as a subject.

- B.Ed. is mandatory.

- CTET qualified candidates will be preferred.

- Minimum 1–2 years of teaching experience in a CBSE school is preferred (Freshers with excellent subject knowledge may also apply).

- Excellent command of written and spoken Hindi.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong classroom management abilities.

- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with digital teaching tools.
