About the Role

VproTech Digital is looking for an enthusiastic and career-focused Education Counselor / Student Admission Counselor to join our team in Mohali.

The candidate will be responsible for guiding students about our training programs, internships, certification courses, and career-oriented programs, understanding their requirements, and helping them choose the right program.

Freshers with strong communication and convincing skills are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students and parents regarding training programs, internships, and certification courses.
- Handle student inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.
- Understand students' educational background, interests, and career goals.
- Explain course curriculum, duration, fees, schedules, certifications, and placement assistance.
- Follow up with interested students and convert inquiries into admissions.
- Maintain accurate student and lead information in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly admission targets and earn performance-based incentives.
- Coordinate with trainers and the admissions team for smooth student enrollment.
- Maintain professional relationships with students and parents.
- Provide regular follow-ups and support throughout the admission process.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.




- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Good convincing, counseling, and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good follow-up and time-management skills.
- Comfortable working with admission and performance targets.

Experience

- 0–3 years of experience in Education Counseling, Admissions, Sales, Customer Support, Telecalling, or a similar role.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Experience in the EdTech, training, or education industry will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of IT courses, internships, or technical training programs is a plus.
