Key Responsibilities
- Lead Conversion: Handle walk-in, telephonic, and digital inquiries to pitch courses and achieve monthly admission targets.
- Student Guidance: Explain program details, fee breakdowns, schedules, and career scopes to students and parents.
- Pipeline Management: Follow up consistently on active leads and maintain updated CRM logs.
- Internal Coordination: Collaborate with faculty, marketing, and administration teams regarding batch allocations and enrollment paperwork.
- Retention Support: Address initial student concerns and monitor drop-out metrics to ensure steady retention.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
