SEO | GEO | Website Ranking | Social Media Growth | Lead & Client Conversion

We are looking for an experienced Senior SEO & SMO Specialist who can take complete ownership of organic visibility, website rankings, Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), social media growth, lead generation, and conversion performance.

The ideal candidate should be capable of building and executing strategies that improve visibility across Google Search, Google Maps, AI-powered search platforms, and social media channels, while converting organic traffic into qualified business enquiries and clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute advanced SEO strategies to improve organic rankings, traffic, leads, and conversions.
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research, competitor analysis, search-intent analysis, and opportunity mapping.
- Manage On-Page SEO, including title tags, meta descriptions, heading structure, internal linking, URL optimisation, content optimisation, image SEO, and semantic keyword targeting.
- Handle Technical SEO, including crawling, indexing, Core Web Vitals, page speed, mobile usability, canonicalisation, redirects, XML sitemaps, robots.txt, and structured data.
- Build sustainable Off-Page SEO and authority strategies, including high-quality backlinks, digital citations, business listings, brand mentions, outreach, and relevant external placements.
- Develop and implement GEO – Generative Engine Optimization strategies to improve brand visibility in AI-generated answers and conversational search platforms.
- Optimise website content for Google Search, AI Overviews, ChatGPT-style discovery, entity recognition, topical authority, and answer-based search experiences.
- Strengthen brand/entity signals through structured data, authoritative citations, consistent business information, expertise-driven content, and external brand mentions.
- Manage and optimise Google Business Profile / Local SEO for improved local visibility, Maps rankings, calls, website visits, and enquiries.




- Create and execute effective SMO strategies across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X, and other relevant channels.
- Build social media content strategies focused not only on reach and engagement but also on lead generation and client acquisition.
- Work closely with content, design, development, and business teams to create SEO/GEO-optimised landing pages and conversion-focused content.
- Analyse website visitor behaviour and identify opportunities to improve conversion rates, enquiry generation, CTA performance, landing-page effectiveness, and lead quality.
- Implement Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) strategies for service pages, landing pages, forms, CTAs, funnels, and other conversion points.
- Monitor performance through Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Google Business Profile, SEO tools, social analytics, and conversion tracking platforms.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports covering rankings, organic traffic, impressions, leads, conversions, backlink growth, social performance, and ROI.
- Stay updated with Google algorithm changes, AI search developments, search-engine guidelines, social media trends, and emerging GEO practices.

Required Skills & Experience

- 3–7+ years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably with responsibility for complete digital marketing projects.
- Strong knowledge of On-Page, Off-Page, Technical, Local and Enterprise SEO principles.
- Practical understanding of GEO, AI search optimisation, entity SEO, semantic SEO, topical authority, and structured content.
- Strong understanding of Schema Markup / Structured Data.
- Experience with Google Search Console, GA4, Google Tag Manager and Google Business Profile.




- Experience with tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Moz, Ubersuggest, Keyword Planner, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of SMO and organic social media growth.
- Ability to develop strategies that generate qualified enquiries rather than vanity traffic alone.
- Strong understanding of CRO, landing-page optimisation, lead funnels and user behaviour.
- Ability to analyse competitors and identify ranking, authority, content, backlink, and conversion gaps.
- Strong written communication and understanding of SEO-focused content planning.
- Comfortable coordinating with developers, designers, writers, and management.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate analytics into actionable strategies.

You should be able to take a website from limited visibility to stronger search authority and then convert that visibility into real enquiries, consultations, sales opportunities, and clients.
