About the Role:
We are looking for a creative and confident Social Media & Content Executive with a strong command of written English. Writing will be the primary responsibility, supported by social media management, content ideation and on-camera content creation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Write engaging content for social media, captions, blogs, campaigns and digital platforms.
- Develop creative ideas and scripts for Reels and short-form videos.
- Manage day-to-day social media activities and maintain the content calendar.
- Research trends, topics and competitors to generate relevant content ideas.
- Be comfortable appearing on camera for Reels, videos and other content.
- Coordinate with design/video teams for content creation.
- Monitor basic content performance and suggest improvements.
- Maintain consistency in brand tone, messaging and quality.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong writing and excellent command of English – this is the most important requirement.
- Good storytelling and copywriting skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh content ideas.
- Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
- Camera-friendly and confident while presenting.
- Good research and communication skills.
- Ability to understand trends and convert them into engaging content.
- Prior experience in education, ed-tech or study abroad will be an advantage.
Good to Have:
- Basic Canva knowledge.
- Basic video editing knowledge.
- Experience writing Reel/video scripts.
- A strong content or social media portfolio.
