About the Role

We’re looking for a confident and creative Content Creator who enjoys being both behind and in front of the camera.

This is a hybrid role. You’ll be in the office or at client locations for content shoots, brainstorming sessions, and team collaboration. Research, content planning, video editing, basic graphic design, and content scheduling can be done remotely.

This role is ideal for someone who can research trends, create engaging content ideas, confidently present products and services on camera, shoot videos, edit them into high-quality social media content, and publish them across different platforms.

Key Responsibilities

* Research industry trends, competitors, and viral content to generate fresh content ideas.

* Plan content calendars and write basic scripts and hooks.

* Present products and services confidently on camera.

* Shoot high-quality photos and videos at client locations and in the office.

* Edit engaging, high-quality videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.

* Create simple graphics and social media creatives using Canva or similar tools.

* Schedule and publish content across social media platforms.

* Stay updated with the latest content, editing, and social media trends.

What We’re Looking For

* 2–4+ years of experience in content creation or social media.

* Confident speaking and presenting on camera.





* Solid video editing skills using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar software.

* A good design eye with an understanding of composition, storytelling, pacing, typography, and visual aesthetics.

* Basic graphic design skills using Canva or similar tools.

* Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, Facebook, and current social media trends.

* Creative thinking, strong communication skills, and attention to detail.

* Basic knowledge of AI tools is a bonus. If you’re eager to learn, we’ll provide training on the latest AI-powered creative workflows.
