Job Title: IT Executive (BPO Infrastructure Support)

Location: Teleminds Infotech, Megatherm Tower,8th Floor,SDF More, Sector V, Salt Lake.

Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month

Shift: (3:30 AM – 12:30 PM).Candidate should be comfortable to work in rotational shift also.

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled IT Executive with prior experience in a BPO environment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in network management, desktop support, Linux administration, and dialer/telephony systems. The candidate should be capable of troubleshooting IT infrastructure issues and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

•

Provide desktop and hardware troubleshooting support.

•

Diagnose and repair desktop/laptop hardware issues.

•

Install, configure, and maintain Windows and Linux operating systems.

•

Set up, configure, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN networks.

•

Perform LAN mapping, LAN testing, and network connectivity troubleshooting.

•

Install, configure, and manage network switches and routers.

•

Configure and maintain network infrastructure for smooth business operations.

•

Install, configure, and troubleshoot dialer applications, softphones, and hardphones.

•

Provide technical support for dialer systems and ensure uninterrupted operations.

•

Monitor and maintain IT assets, network devices, and system performance.





•

Resolve user-reported technical issues within defined timelines.

•

Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for infrastructure-related support when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

•

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

•

Minimum experience in a BPO IT support environment is mandatory.

•

Strong knowledge of:

o

LAN/WAN networking

o

LAN mapping and LAN testing

o

Desktop troubleshooting and hardware repair

o

Network setup and configuration

o

Switch and router configuration

o

Linux installation, configuration, and administration

o

Dialer installation and configuration

o

Softphone and hardphone setup and troubleshooting

•

Good problem-solving and communication skills.

•

Ability to work independently and handle multiple IT support tasks.

Eligibility

•

Prior experience working in a BPO is mandatory.

•

Must be comfortable working in rotational shifts

•

Candidates residing near Sector V, Salt Lake will be preferred due to shift timings and Pick up service.

Compensation

•

Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month, based on experience and technical expertise.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
