Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Operator to support our production and manufacturing operations. The candidate will be responsible for operating machinery, maintaining production quality, following safety procedures, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in the plant.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate production machinery and equipment as per standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor machine performance and report any issues or breakdowns to the supervisor.
- Ensure production targets are achieved within the assigned shift.
- Perform basic machine cleaning and routine maintenance.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the work area.
- Follow all company safety policies and operational guidelines.
- Inspect raw materials and finished products for quality standards.
- Record production details and maintain shift reports.
- Assist in loading, unloading, packing, and material handling activities when required.




- Support other production-related tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Qualification

- SSLC / HSC / ITI / Diploma (Preferred)
- Freshers can apply.
- Experienced candidates in manufacturing or agri-based industries will be given preference.

Experience

- 0–3 years of experience in production or machine operation.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.

Required Skills

- Basic machine operating knowledge.
- Ability to understand work instructions.
- Valuable teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
- Physically fit to perform production activities.
- Basic problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
