Key Responsibilities

- Gather and analyze client business requirements and operational workflows.
- Configure and deploy ERP solutions in accordance with client requirements.
- Prepare implementation plans, project documentation, and user manuals.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and system validation.
- Perform data migration, verification, and reconciliation activities.
- Deliver end-user training and provide support during the go-live phase.
- Coordinate with the Development, Support, and Project Management teams to ensure timely project execution.
- Monitor implementation progress and provide regular status updates.
- Address implementation-related issues and ensure prompt resolution.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 1–4 years of experience in ERP Implementation, Software Implementation, Functional Consulting, or a similar role.




- Fresh graduates with robust technical aptitude and excellent communication skills may also be considered.

Required Skills

- Sound understanding of ERP systems and business processes.
- Knowledge of SQL and database concepts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to conduct client interactions and training sessions professionally.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred Competencies

- Experience in ERP deployment and user onboarding.
- Understanding of Finance, Inventory, Sales, Purchase, HR, or CRM processes.
- Project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments within defined timelines.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
