Interior Site Supervisor for Commercials Project

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Site Engineer to oversee and manage our commercial & residential site, projects from inception to completion. In this role, you will be the main point of contact on-site, ensuring that projects are executed safely, on time, within budget, and in strict accordance with design specifications and building regulations.

The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of construction mechanics, blueprints, and site safety.

Core Responsibilities:

*Site Supervision & Management: Oversee day-to-day operations on the Commercial & residential site, ensuring subcontractors and laborers adhere to the project schedule and quality standards.

* Technical Interpretation: Read, interpret, and explain blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics to the site team.

*Quality Control: Inspect work-in-progress and finished structures to ensure compliance with engineering specifications, local building codes, and safety regulations.

*Surveying & Setting Out: Level and survey the site, establishing reference points and markers to guide the construction layout.

*Progress Reporting: Maintain accurate site diaries, monitor project costs, and prepare regular progress reports for Project Managers and stakeholders.

*Material & Resource Management: Coordinate the delivery of construction materials and equipment, verifying quantities and quality upon arrival.

*Health & Safety Compliance:



Enforce strict health and safety guidelines on-site to minimize risks and ensure a accident-free work environment.

*Problem Solving: Identify design flaws or unexpected site conditions early and collaborate with architects and structural engineers to implement practical solutions.

Skills and Qualifications Required

*Experience: 3–5 years of proven experience as a Site Engineer or in a similar supervisory role on construction sites in commercial interior fit-outs or corporate construction execution.

*Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar engineering design software, as well as MS Project or Excel for scheduling.

Soft Skills:

*Solid leadership, project management, and team-delegation abilities.

*Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively between laborers, clients, and executives.

*Sharp analytical and problem-solving mindset under pressure.

*Physical Requirements and Working Conditions

*Flexibility to work extended hours, weekends, or shifts depending on project deadlines.

Language: Kannada/ Telegu (Preferred)

Locations: Bangalore & Hyderabad [Commercial Site/Project Location]

Education: Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a closely related field.

Bachelor's (Preferred).

Pay: ₹3,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
