ROLE SUMMARY

The Fresher Trainer supports delivery of the foundational modules of the four-section training program to students and aspirant contractors attending the Foxscan Experience Centre on weekends. Working under the guidance of the Subject Matter Expert Trainer, this role is suited to a civil engineer with at least 2 years of relevant industry experience who is looking to build hands-on training, presentation and applied structural-diagnostics experience while supporting a growing training business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Co-deliver weekend training sessions covering Section 1 (Why Structures Fail) and Section 2 (How Structures Fail) — causes, mechanisms and terminology of building deterioration.
- Assist the SME Trainer during Section 3 (Impacts of Building Failures) and Section 4 (Solutions) sessions — managing materials, demonstrations and participant queries.
- Support hands-on demonstrations of diagnostic tools (rebound hammer,



moisture meter, cover meter, UPV and similar equipment) under supervision.
- Assist in demonstrating the Foxscan AI diagnosis platform to trainees during practical sessions.
- Set up and manage training room logistics — presentation equipment, printed material, attendance and session checklists.
- Support conduct of the end-of-program evaluation test and assist with certificate distribution.
- Address routine participant queries during sessions and escalate technical questions to the SME Trainer.
- Collect participant feedback after each weekend batch and share a summary with the Training Head.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
