Job Role - Planning Executive Roles and responsibilities-

- Develop and maintain inventory planning models to forecast demand and optimize inventory levels.
- Monitor inventory levels and adjust replenishment parameters to ensure adequate stock levels while minimizing excess inventory.




- Identify and address potential inventory shortages or excesses proactively to avoid disruptions in supply chain operations.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and components to meet production schedules.
- Continuously evaluate and improve inventory management processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Generate reports and analysis on inventory performance, including key metrics such as fill rate, stockout rates and days of cover.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to support new product launches, promotions, and other business initiatives

Requirement-

- 1-8 years experience in planning in any industry is preferred (we have multiple openings)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
