Responsibilities:
Prepare vehicle testing check lists and perform testing and validation

Planning, instrumentation, execution and summarization of EV testing on road and on chassis dyno

Investigation and Root cause analysis of the issues encountered and countermeasure during development (during fleet), inhouse testing & post development (market issue) etc.

Technical/ Functional:
Required:
Positive knowledge of vehicle systems & Powertrain engineering.

Detailed system understanding for EV architecture and various powertrain components like motor/inverter, OBC, DCDC, chargers, BMS, battery etc. including diagnosis and troubleshooting.

Prior experience in vehicle calibration tools such as INCA or equivalent, MATLAB Simulink/ State flow is required.

Experience in driving on chassis dyno, on road

Competent in MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams etc.)

Desirable:
Experience in EV system would be desirable
