Job description

We’re searching for a Maintenance Engineer who doesn't just fix problems — but anticipates them, improves systems, and drives production excellence. You’ll be the guardian of our machines and the catalyst for continuous improvement. To maximize equipment uptime and efficiency through predictive, preventive, and real-time maintenance strategies — enabling flawless production and supporting our commitment to lean manufacturing and sustainability.

Key responsibilities

To maintain plant, machinery and all the ancillary equipment’s in proper working conditions by

Maintaining the preventive and productive maintenance schedule.

Monthly analyse the breakdown and spare consumption.

To train the team members for maintenance of the plant, machineries and equipment’s.

All utility machines checking in shift.

To ensure minimum break down of the machines and production loss

Ensure efficient operating condition of all machines and utilities.

To ensure availability of important spare to avoid downtime

Daily monitoring of BDM & PM

Calibration of process control equipment’s other than laboratory equipment

Maintain MIS reports of maintenance

Evaluating the safety, health & environmental aspects for current projects /alteration /modifications prior to implementation

To monitor and control the energy utilization and ensure reduction with proper planning of EnMS





Ensure existing equipment are used with optimum energy efficiency and procurement of new equipment are energy efficient.

Implement energy efficiency program

Ensure that critical documents and records pertaining to energy performance and the EnMS are maintained and available

Ensure that all significant energy using equipment and systems are operated efficiently

Identify, quantify, document and communicate the critical operating parameters for all significant energy using equipment and systems

Ensure that new projects with a significant energy are evaluated from an energy perspective

Ensuring IMS (Integrated Management system) is implemented and maintained for continual improvement.

What You Bring

Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent).

3+ years’ experience in a plastic or autobile environment.

Strong hands-on knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems.

Exposure to lean manufacturing, TPM, or Six Sigma practices.
